Beautiful 1959 MGA 1500 Coupe in original black exterior with red leather interior. The vehicle has spent most of its life in the Southwest and was recently painted the original black color as shown on the Heritage Certificate. The bumpers and grille were re-chromed at the same time. Very nice interior done in leather with good headliner, door panels and rear deck. It starts easily, runs, shifts, brakes and drives well with strong oil pressure and temp gauge showing no issues with the cooling system (has oil cooler). Charging system, all lights, turn signals, speedometer and tach all work. Cylinder head and block show "15" castings. Heritage Certificate (see photo) indicates original build date of Nov 3, 1958 North American Export (USA) as: Exterior: Black, Interior: Red, Disc Wheels, Heater, Adjustable Steering Column, Whitewall Tyres; VIN: HMA43 58668; Body Number: 68124; Engine Number: BP15GB 12784. The price on the early MGAs has been strong with lots of buyer interest because they are much less expensive than the big Healeys with a similar look.
