Question: What hours are you open?
Answer: Our showroom is open Wednesday through Friday noon to 5:00pm and Saturday from 10:00am to 4:00pm. We are closed Sunday through Tuesday.
Question: Do you take trade-ins?
Answer: We prefer to trade for other classic cars but will be happy to talk to you about your vehicle as a possible trade-in.
Question: Do you have financing?
Answer: Yes, we have several financing options available. You can print out a credit application from our web site and fax it to us for review or directly contact the companies listed on our website.
Question: Do you own the cars for sale or are they on consignment?
Answer: We personally select and purchase the cars offered for sale in our inventory. We have on occasion helped regular customers sell their collectible cars but this is not our main business.
Question: Do you restore the cars yourself?
Answer: No, we prefer to buy the vehicles already completed. We do however have access to a classic car mechanic and other repair services when needed.
Question: Do you have a service and parts department?
Answer: We do not have a service and parts department. However we have an associate that is located on our premises and services classic cars. You may contact Ralph's Classic Car Care directly at 281 475-4845
Question: Are your cars sold with a warranty?
Answer: No, since they are older cars we cannot offer a warranty like on a new car. We do however make sure the cars are in good working order when they leave our premises.
